OWNERS OBLIGATIONS

• All request for claims and tire inspection must be submitted through the proper Greenball Corp. Warranty channels.
• The tire is the appropriate SIZE and LOAD RANGE for the vehicle according to the vehicle manufacturing’s recommendation.
• Provide all information sought by the adjusting dealer/authorized persons.
• Relinquish ownership of tire upon adjustment.
• Returns of non adjustable tires will honored with prepayment of freight charges.
• You are responsible for payment for any extra services that you request (of the tire dealer) that are not covered by the warranty. This warranty gives you specific rights which very from state to state.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

Please call our warranty toll free number at 866-767-9637. Our product Warranty Specialist will confirm the Greenball Trailer Tire and discuss your tire issue with you. He/She will find a tire dealer nearest to you whom you may take the Trailer Tire(s) to for replacement. No claims will be recognized unless submitted in accordance with our standard claim procedures Greenball Corporation will work with the tire dealer to supply you with the proper "like-quality/construction" replacement tire in an efficient manner.

Computing Tread wear

Tread wear is computed as a percentage of the original, usable tread. The original, usable tread does not include the last 2/32nd inch of tread depth for safety reasons.
